Open to: Tanzania Nationals (males only)


Responsibilities:
  • Capable to train and educate the small holders farmers on mechanization, agriculture inputs, cropping patterns, crop rotations etc.
  • Extensive travelling to rural areas and collection of the small holder farmers’ database in an assigned territory.
  • Capable to organize the field activities, conducting the small holder farmers meetings in an assigned territory.
  • Liaising with the local government authorities and build up strong relationship in supporting small holder farmers.
  • Should be able to report daily, weekly and monthly to the reporting superiors.

Desired skills:
  • Fluent in English & Swahili
  • Presentation Skill

Eligibility:
  • Preferably degree or diploma in Agriculture Sciences
  • Should have minimum 3 years of experience in the same role
  • Must be self driven and able to meet the targets.

Salary is negotiable
