Job Title: Data Management Analyst -Tanzania
Location: Arusha, Tanzania
Reports to: National Country Coordinator
Next Level Supervisor: Program Director

Required Qualifications:
·       Degree or advanced diploma in economics, statistics, social sciences or other related field.
·  5 years minimum of professional experience in M&E, Information Systems, and ‘managing for results’, experience in M&E for agriculture project, a plus
·        Professional experience with other development projects preferred.
·    Excellent analytical and communication skills; experience with both qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis methods.
·        Computer literacy: MS Word, Excel and statistical software (e.g. SPSS, Stata, Access), required.
·        Experience with tablet-based data collection a plus
·        Fluency in English and Swahili, with excellent writing skills.
· Ability to think critically, anticipates and solves problems, and proactively finds solutions.
